Good to know:

- All pre-order items dispatched within 1-3 working days.

- Shipping Within US: 3-5 Days Delivery after dispatch

- Rest of the World: 15-25 days after dispatch delivery by FedEx

- International Shipping: Sometimes if deliveries were attempted and unsuccessful, the package is returned to the PO. Please look out for a delivery note.

-I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

-I do not accept cancellations.

-Customized items cannot be returned (for quality reasons) unless if they otherwise arrive damaged or defective.

-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
